Refund notice
Eligibility
This notice applies to paid Systempacketgrid seats invoiced by the studio. The website itself does not take payment. A refund request must come from the named enrollee or from the company billing contact on the invoice.
Timeframe
For Signal Desk recordings: a full refund is available within 14 days of access being granted, provided fewer than three lesson recordings have been opened.
For an Atelier Seat: a full refund is available up to seven days before the first live session, or within 48 hours after the first live session if you attend and decide the format does not fit. After the second live session begins, refunds are partial at most.
For Grid Retainership: you may cancel before the quarter starts for a full refund. After the first critique call of the quarter, unused calls are not refunded; we will finish the remaining scheduled calls or pause by written agreement.
Full or partial refund
A full refund returns the tuition actually paid for that enrolment, excluding bank fees we cannot recover. A partial refund for an Atelier Seat after week two equals the unused live weeks minus a 15% administration amount, and does not include recordings already issued. If you transferred from Signal Desk into an Atelier Seat, the credited recording fee is not refunded twice.
Non-refundable items
The free enquiry call is not a paid item. Printed materials you asked us to courier, guest-reader travel if separately invoiced, and third-party venue fees for off-site evenings are non-refundable once incurred. Gifted seats are refundable only to the original payer.
Refund process
Email info@systempacketgrid.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, seat type, and reason. We acknowledge within two Bangkok working days and may ask which recordings you opened or which live sessions you attended.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten Bangkok working days of our written confirmation. Bank posting times after that are outside our control, especially for cross-border transfers.
Refund method
We refund to the original payment method where the bank allows it. If that method is closed, we will agree an alternative transfer to the same legal entity. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
Cancellation
You may cancel an upcoming Atelier Seat by the same email address. If we cancel a cohort (for example, fewer than six confirmed seats), you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next dated cohort, your choice. We will not keep tuition for a cohort we do not run.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund where materials were shared in breach of the terms, where access credentials were given to a second person, or where the request is made after the stated windows without a documented studio error. If illness or a company travel ban prevents attendance, write to us; we usually offer a transfer rather than cash, but we consider each case.
