Acceptance
By browsing systempacketgrid.digital or enrolling in a Systempacketgrid programme, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not request a seat.
Who we are
Systempacketgrid is an instructional studio teaching B2B Dashboard App Analytics. Contact details appear on contact. We are not a software vendor, systems integrator, or licensed financial adviser.
Programmes and informational pricing
Course descriptions, fees, and seat types on this site are informational. They do not constitute an offer until we confirm enrolment in writing. This website does not process payments. Any invoice is issued separately after a fit conversation.
Instructional outcomes depend on the dashboard app you already use, the quality of your underlying data, and the time you give the homework. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, conversion, or headcount result.
Your materials
When you share screenshots, redacted metrics, or board-pack drafts, you remain the owner of that material. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to teach you and, if you consent in writing, as an anonymised classroom example. Do not send secrets you are not allowed to share.
Intellectual property
Lesson recordings, claim-card templates, charters, journal articles, and the Systempacketgrid name are owned by the studio. You may use templates for your employer’s internal dashboards. You may not resell, republish, or run a competing course from our materials. Recordings are licensed to the named seat only.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit the contact form with automated junk. Do not record live critique hours for public distribution. Do not present our templates as your productised consulting offer without a written licence.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Systempacketgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or decisions made from a dashboard after the programme. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid enrolment is limited to the fees actually paid for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Website availability
The site is provided as a publishing surface. We may change pages, withdraw a programme, or pause enrolment without prior notice. Temporary outages do not entitle you to damages.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility is described in the refund notice, which forms part of these terms for paid seats.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits and new enrolments. Existing paid seats remain under the version in force on the enrolment confirmation date unless a change is required by law.
