The tile is a claim. Treat it as one.

A Monday grid critique, not a demo reel.

We teach B2B Dashboard App Analytics to operators who already live inside a product — sales ops, CS leads, product managers, finance partners — and who are tired of dashboards that look finished and still cannot survive a board question.

“After week three of Reading the Revenue Grid I stopped putting ‘pipeline health’ on the home screen. The tile was averaging three different stage definitions.”

Reading the Revenue Grid

Nine weeks of critique, not software training. You bring the dashboard app you already use. We teach you to name what each tile is actually asserting, where the join is leaking, and how to write a desk charter your board can hold you to.

Informational fee for an Atelier Seat: ฿46,900. Recorded Signal Desk path: ฿18,400. No checkout on this site.

How the atelier teaches

Critique first. Widgets later, if at all.

Bring a live grid

Every seat starts with a screenshot of a real Monday screen. We do not invent a toy SaaS. If your company redacts numbers, we work on structure, filters, and ownership instead.

Write the claim

Each tile gets a one-sentence claim card: who it is for, what time window it uses, what would falsify it. Most teams discover half their home screen has no falsifier.

Publish a charter

The last week is not a certificate photo. You leave with a desk charter: metric contracts, alert hygiene, and a board-pack outline your leadership can actually read.

Why operators stay

What changes after a few desks

01

Fewer unused widgets

Cohort diaries show teams deleting tiles they cannot defend, rather than adding another “executive view.” Empty space on a dashboard is often the first honest improvement.

02

Alerts that still mean something in week twelve

We treat alerts as contracts with on-call humans, not as decorations that fire at 02:00 because a filter drifted. Alert Hygiene is its own short programme if you already have a grid.

03

Board packs that survive Thailand’s calendar

Public holidays, Songkran slowdowns, and quarter-end wholesale spikes are not “noise.” We teach seasonality as a first-class filter, not an apology in the appendix.

The Monday opening ritual we actually use

Before anyone asks “how was the weekend,” the desk opens three tiles in a fixed order. Here is why the order matters more than the colours.

Metric contracts before another widget

If sales and CS disagree on “active account,” no chart will save the QBR. Write the contract first.
