What we do not charge for

The 20-minute enquiry call is free. Journal notes are free. Switching from Signal Desk to an Atelier Seat within six months credits the recording fee against the seat — we confirm that in writing before you pay anything.

Short programmes such as Alert Hygiene and Board Pack Narratives are listed on the programmes page with their own informational fees. They are not bundled into Signal Desk unless the enrolment note says so.

Refunds, when they apply, follow the refund notice. If a seat type is unclear, write to info@systempacketgrid.digital rather than guessing from the tiles.
