Reading the Revenue Grid

A live atelier for operators who already open a B2B dashboard every Monday and still cannot defend half the tiles. You bring the app. We teach the reading.

Operator reviewing charts during the flagship critique

Modules

Nine weeks, one desk charter

W1

What a tile actually claims

Audience, grain, window, falsifier. You write claim cards for every Monday tile before anyone mentions colour or layout.

W2

Funnel truth versus stage theatre

Stage names that mean three things, conversion that double-counts, and the quiet leak between CRM and billing.

W3

Cohort versus snapshot

When a sparkline is lying about retention, and when a snapshot is the honest board number.

W4

Alert contracts

Threshold, owner, hours, first action. Unsigned alerts are switched off in class.

W5

Board pack as argument

One page before the appendix. Heatmaps may survive; they no longer open the meeting.

W6

Cross-team metric ownership

Sales, CS, and product sign the same sentence. Homework is a contract, not a widget.

W7

Thai B2B seasonality

Public holidays, Songkran slowdowns, wholesale spikes. Guest ops reader joins the critique.

W8

Critique studio

You present a redacted grid. Peers mark the claims, not the visual polish.

W9

Publish the desk charter

Metric contracts, alert list, seasonality notes, board outline. That document is the completion artefact.

Learning outcomes

  • Defend or delete every tile on your Monday home screen with a written falsifier.
  • Separate funnel theatre from join-level truth without waiting for a new BI project.
  • Write alert contracts that a human can keep during a Bangkok on-call week.
  • Draft a board pack that opens with an argument, not a collage.
  • Leave with a desk charter your leadership can actually hold you to.

Instructor

Portrait of Waranya Kittisak

Waranya Kittisak

Waranya led revenue operations for a regional SaaS distributor based in Khlong Tan before joining the atelier. She still sits one morning a month with a payments reseller whose Monday ritual we documented in the journal.

She does not teach vendor certification. She marks claim cards and board paragraphs. If a tile cannot survive her follow-up question, it does not survive week two.

Informational pricing

Atelier Seat for this flagship: ฿46,900, including live critique hours and recordings. Signal Desk recordings of the same syllabus without live hours: ฿18,400. There is no checkout on this site. See seat types and the refund notice.

FAQ

Do I need Looker, Power BI, or a specific dashboard app?

No. Bring whatever B2B dashboard app your company already pays for. The work is literacy and critique. We will not install a stack for you.

What is a real limitation of this programme?

We do not teach you to build a dashboard app, model a warehouse, or write LookML or DAX from scratch. If your joins are broken, you will leave knowing which engineering ticket to file — not how to file the model yourself. Teams that need a BI bootcamp are in the wrong atelier; we say so on the enquiry call.

Can I attend remotely from outside Bangkok?

Yes. Critique hours are Tuesday evenings ICT. You still need a live grid you are allowed to share, even if numbers are redacted.

How much homework?

Most weeks: one claim-card set and a short written paragraph. Week six (metric contracts) runs longer — operators in cohort 18 reported two extra Thursday hours. Do not pair that week with a product launch.

From recent seats

Week three is when I stopped putting “pipeline health” on the home screen. The seasonality homework assumed more Thai holiday fluency than our regional team had; we caught up, but the welcome note should have warned us.

Pimchanok Saelim · RevOps

The charter week was the only “assignment” my CFO actually read. We still argue about one expansion tile. At least we now argue about the claim, not the colour.
